The legendary P-Square sibling rivalry has flared up once again, with Rudeboy (Paul Okoye) claiming ownership of Mr. P’s (Peter Okoye) newly released single, “Winning.” The track, which dropped today as part of Mr. P’s new EP, has unexpectedly become a battleground for the estranged brothers.

Rudeboy took to Instagram to allege that “Winning” was originally his creation, intended for an upcoming solo album. He even shared a demo, pointing out that the lyrics and melody had been “used word for word.” Rudeboy claims the song was part of a six-track set he had planned for a P-Square reunion album, which was ultimately shelved. He also called out the producer, suggesting betrayal from those within the music circle.

For fans, this dispute is the latest chapter in a saga that has seen the Okoye brothers repeatedly clash both on and off stage. Many followers had hoped for a reunion and reconciliation between the two, especially as “Winning” ironically centers around themes of unity and resilience. Mr. P has yet to respond publicly to Rudeboy’s accusations.

This latest spat follows a turbulent year for the Okoye brothers, who earlier engaged in a public social media feud involving their older brother Jude, tied to an unresolved financial dispute with the EFCC. Attempts to mediate have so far failed, with the rift not only affecting their music but also straining family bonds.

For now, fans are left in suspense as they await a response from Mr. P, hoping for either a truce—or at least some clarity on the ownership of “Winning.”
