Director Nico Ballesteros released a teaser for “In Whose Name?” on August 13, offering a raw glimpse into Ye’s life and mental health.
The documentary shows Kanye West melting down as a distressed Kim Kardashian looks on. Ballesteros filmed over 3000 hours of footage starting in 2019 at age 18.
The film releases theatrically September 19, 2025. Producer Simran A. Singh calls it a “raw and often unsettling portrait, without commentary or conclusion.”
