Luke Hemsworth says there was no shortage of “bromance” while filming The Terminal List: Dark Wolf with Chris Pratt and Taylor Kitsch — and he loved every minute of it.
The 44-year-old actor, who stars as Jules Landry in the new installment of the action thriller series, couldn’t stop praising his co-stars at the film’s premiere in New York. He called working with Pratt and Kitsch an honour and said they quickly became more than just castmates.
“There’s a lot of bromance,” Luke said with a laugh. “Chris is just the most lovely human, it’s disgusting. He’s very giving, very collaborative, and really open to working on stuff. It was a lot of fun.”
He admitted he’s always been a fan of Taylor Kitsch and considers Chris “part of the family” thanks to their shared Marvel roots. “We’re all part of the Marvel family in one way or another,” he noted.
Off camera, the trio bonded over sports and downtime in Europe. Filming in Budapest and Vienna meant long hours together, which led to even stronger friendships. “We’re in a foreign city and they were my only friends,” he joked. “We played padel a lot. Very competitive!”
For Luke, stepping into the role of a military man like Jules Landry came with pride and purpose. “It’s made for SEALS, it’s made for the military, and I think we do it really well. We’ve got amazing advisors who make sure we get it right.”
And while The Terminal List: Dark Wolf brought him close to Pratt and Kitsch, Luke isn’t ruling out a dream project with his real-life brothers, Chris and Liam Hemsworth. “I would love for all three of us to do a film together,” he said. “Liam and I had a great time doing Land of Bad a few years ago, and Chris and I have worked together a bit in the Thor films. I feel like it should be on the cards — and maybe it is. I’ll just put it out there.”
