The 40-year-old pop star revealed on YouTube that she had moved to Canada to live with her then-boyfriend, but things didn’t work out. The relationship quietly ended, and she’s now been single for over a year and a half.
“I went through a breakup, and we were actually living together in Canada,” Keisha shared. “My ex-boyfriend is Canadian, and it didn’t work out. That’s very difficult to kind of navigate.”
Known for keeping her private life away from the spotlight, Keisha admitted that she’s usually in long-term relationships, often lasting five or six years. But now, for the first time in what feels like forever, she’s navigating life on her own—and she’s finding it surprisingly unfamiliar. “I don’t really know what it is to be single,” she said. “This feels so weird because I don’t know how to date.”
