Denzel Washington knows “all money ain’t good money” but sometimes you’ve got to put food on the table. The tagline references Spike Lee’s new film “Highest 2 Lowest,” where Washington plays a music mogul caught in a ransom plot on the eve of a big business deal.
The 2025 neo-noir thriller is Lee’s reinterpretation of Akira Kurosawa’s “High and Low,” starring Washington and Jeffrey Wright. It marks their first collaboration since 2006’s “Inside Man.”
