Reality star Brielle Biermann is opening up about her regretful experience with under-eye fillers — and she’s urging others to think twice before following in her footsteps.
In a candid episode of Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind, the 28-year-old detailed how a cosmetic decision she made at just 18 spiraled into a long, painful journey. “I hope nobody else gets under-eye filler,” she said. “It’s so dangerous and it’s not worth all the recovery I had to go through to get back to here.”
When Brielle decided to reverse the procedure years later, her doctor, Terry Dubrow, warned of potential complications — and they happened. “I was scared,” she admitted. “The results looked horrible. I looked way older than I was.”
What followed was an intense reversal process that included 8 to 10 corrective treatments: blood injections to stimulate collagen, radiofrequency lasers, microneedling, and even dissolving filler she didn’t realize had migrated. “It was really rough,” she recalled. “But now, my skin is tighter. I feel more youthful, more beautiful, more confident than ever before.”
Brielle also reflected on how cosmetic enhancements were normalized early on in her life, thanks to her mom, Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak. “My mom made it seem normal,” she said. “I was always going with her to her doctor’s appointments… getting Botox and lip fillers. Filler became like going to get a Diet Coke.”
Ultimately, what began as a fix for an insecurity turned into a cautionary tale. Brielle’s message now is simple: don’t take cosmetic procedures lightly — especially around sensitive areas like the eyes.
