The sudden wave of negative ratings began appearing shortly after her son’s story made national headlines, sparking widespread outrage from supporters who condemn the attack on a grieving parent’s livelihood.
Social media users first brought attention to the sudden drop in Wonsley’s professional ratings, pointing out that the negative feedback had nothing to do with her medical care.
Coordinated Timing: The influx of one-star reviews coincided with Wonsley taking bereavement leave following her son’s July 4 disappearance and subsequent recovery on July 6.

“Please DO NOT call my/my husband’s phone trying to give us advice about how we are handling the death of OUR CHILD, telling us how to handle people, and questioning our legal team,” Wonsley shared. “At the end of the day the only question Elmore and I need answered is WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR SON NOLAN.”
