The legal and financial troubles continue to pile up for former NFL linebacker Kroy Biermann, who has now been officially ordered by a judge to settle a lingering casino debt.
According to recent court documents, Biermann is facing a hefty financial penalty tied to a previous vacation.
The 2021 Trip: The judgment stems from a 2021 getaway to the Bahamas, where Biermann secured a line of credit at the Baha Mar Casino.
The Lawsuit: Sky Warrior the company managing credit lines for the resort initially sued Biermann after he drew $52,500 in casino chip markers and reportedly left without paying it back.
The Final Judgment: With legal fees and costs added on, a judge ruled that Biermann must now fork over more than $64,000, with the case recently moving to Georgia for enforcement.
The gambling ruling is only the latest chapter in a staggering series of financial and personal hurdles for Biermann. Alongside his ongoing, contentious divorce from Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak, Biermann has faced various lawsuits, credit card debt collections, vehicle repossessions, and heavy tax issues. As these legal battles mount, the former athlete continues to navigate a profoundly difficult period.
