Dame Julie Andrews has officially confirmed that she will not reprise her beloved role as Queen Clarisse Renaldi in The Princess Diaries 3. The 90-year-old Oscar winner, who starred alongside Anne Hathaway in the 2001 original and its 2004 sequel, revealed that she has stepped back from live-action film roles.
Speaking about the upcoming Disney sequel, Andrews explained that the creative team approached her throughout the past year, but she ultimately made the tough decision to decline.
