The lawsuit stems from public comments Ray J made during a media interview and a live stream, where he allegedly claimed Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner were under federal investigation for racketeering. The mother-daughter duo, represented by celebrity attorney Alex Spiro, denied all allegations, calling the claims completely fabricated and malicious.
