The legal drama between The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley and her estranged husband Paul “PK” Kemsley has reached a high-stakes turning point. In new court filings obtained by TMZ, Dorit claims she is the primary caregiver for their two minor children, asserting they are in her care 95% of the time while PK only has them 5% of the time.

With custody claims front and center, Dorit is officially asking the court to order PK to pay $21,000 per month in child support alongside $22,000 per month in spousal support. Additionally, she is seeking $347,000 in retroactive support and $40,000 in court sanctions against PK.

Dorit’s legal filing comes as a direct response to PK’s recent attempts to force the sale of their marital home over alleged foreclosure threats. PK previously claimed that Dorit was ignoring mortgage payments while spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on luxury wardrobe items.

The Home Foreclosure Dispute: Dorit pushed back on PK’s petition to sell their L.A. residence, calling his foreclosure warnings “nonsense” and alleging PK has more than enough funds to bring current payments up to date.

Defending Her Filming Wardrobe: Addressing allegations that she spent over $700,000 on fashion over a 26-month period, Dorit clarified that $217,000 was spent specifically for RHOBH Season 15 as an official production requirement for her television job.

Financial Accusations: Dorit’s attorney, Samantha Spector, argues that PK is spending lavishly on personal expenses and luxury items while avoiding his fundamental family obligations.

As the December deadlines and court hearings draw near, the former couple remains deadlocked over property sales, custody arrangements, and monthly financial support. Court proceedings will ultimately determine whether PK will be ordered to cover the retroactive and ongoing support payments requested by the Bravo star.
