Drake has thrilled Aussie fans with an update to his Anita Max Win 2025 tour, adding a Perth stop and an additional Melbourne show. The Canadian rapper, who hasn’t toured Australia in eight years, will now begin his run Down Under on February 4 at Perth’s RAC Arena. The tour will continue with four Melbourne shows at Rod Laver Arena, followed by dates in Sydney and Brisbane.

Promoter Live Nation announced the news on Instagram, sharing a striking tour poster displayed on a 45-meter digital tower in Perth’s Yagan Square. While many fans in Western Australia rejoiced, not everyone was pleased.

Some fans expressed frustration, noting they had already spent significant amounts on tickets, flights, and accommodation for shows in other states. “I spent an insane amount of money on the Brisbane ones thinking he wouldn’t come to Perth, and here we are,” one fan commented. Another called the late announcement “cooked,” saying it should have been included with the original tour schedule.

Despite the backlash, excitement for Drake’s expanded tour remains high, with fans eager to see the One Dance hitmaker perform hits from his extensive catalog. Drake’s tour will now span four cities, beginning in Perth and culminating in Brisbane on February 25.
