Released in 2014 as part of his critically acclaimed album 2014 Forest Hills Drive, the track surpassed the 10 million-unit threshold and skyrocketed to an impressive 14-times Platinum status.
This achievement makes “No Role Modelz” Cole’s second Diamond-certified track, following “Middle Child,” which hit the mark in July. Despite its massive success, “No Role Modelz” never charted on the Billboard Hot 100, showcasing its long-term cultural resonance.

Adding fuel to the rumors, the Dreamville Festival, which he founded, is set to conclude with its fifth and final edition in April 2025. The festival will take place at Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh, North Carolina, near Cole’s hometown of Fayetteville.
