Big Brother Naija stars and twin DJs, Wanni and Handi Danbaki, recently opened up about their cautious approach to friendships on the BTS Reality Show podcast. The twins revealed that past experiences have led them to keep their social circle small, citing incidents that made them wary of making new friends.
The sisters shared a troubling story of betrayal by a former friend, who posted their private photos online after they confronted her over hurtful comments she made about them. Wanni explained, “If someone can do something like that, it shows they could go even further to harm us.”
The reality stars noted that while they are open to having acquaintances, they are selective with close friendships. “We’ve had girls say terrible things about us, and we’ve learned to grow from it. But once someone crosses a line like that, we cut them off,” they said. “We’re very careful with people; it’s why we like to keep our circle small.”
The BBNaija stars emphasized the importance of maintaining boundaries, adding that they keep friends for different purposes but prioritize a tight-knit group they can truly trust.
