Gorgeous Doll is making explosive allegations against Kai Cenat. In a five-part TikTok series titled “MY LORE The $200,000 Abortion The Kai Cenat TRUE Story,” posted October 4, the influencer claims she and Cenat were romantically involved in 2023, when he was 21 years old. She alleges she became pregnant with twins after protection broke during one encounter, and that Cenat initially agreed to pay her $200,000 for an abortion before negotiating the amount down to $150,000.
According to Gorgeous Doll, she presented Cenat with two options: she could keep the twins if he bought her a house, paid $5,000 monthly, and provided a nanny, or she could terminate the pregnancy for $100,000 per child. She claims Cenat chose the abortion option, saying he was “too young” and “not ready for children”. She alleges she flew from Atlanta to New York for the procedure, experienced heavy blood clotting afterward, and went to the emergency room, where she stayed for six hours. She claims Cenat never showed up, despite their agreement that he would be present.
Gorgeous Doll also claims Cenat later asked to send $150,000 instead of the agreed $200,000, which she accepted. She says the money arrived in her account within a day or two. She alleges that after word spread, Cenat asked her to claim the story was fake, which led to online rumors that she had “extorted” him. She says she released the full story now because he allowed the narrative to paint her as a bad person. Cenat has not publicly responded to the allegations, and none of the claims have been independently verified.
