Actress and producer Aubrey Plaza has officially closed a chapter on her Los Angeles real estate portfolio, selling the Spanish-style home she previously shared with her late husband, filmmaker Jeff Baena, for $4.375 million.
Property records reveal the compound closed on Friday for just under $4.4 million. The pair originally purchased the double-lot estate in October 2022 for $4.7 million.
Estate Features: The private Spanish-style property boasts four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a wine cellar, a private pool, a steam room, and a personal screening room.
Listing History: The property originally hit the market last year for $6.5 million before being pulled and relisted at $5.75 million, eventually selling at the $4.375 million mark.
The sale comes after a period of intense grief following Baena’s passing in January 2025. Plaza has recently embarked on a new chapter, recently welcoming a baby girl with actor Christopher Abbott.
