Halle Berry Celebrates 60th Birthday With Fiancé Van Hunt in Cabo

Halle Berry is still celebrating her milestone 60th birthday. Days after turning 60 on August 14, the actress shared new photos on social media of herself spending time with fiancé Van Hunt as the two vacationed at a resort in Los Cabos, Mexico.

The Catwoman star shared an Instagram carousel on Wednesday, August 19, showing the couple enjoying a boat ride, sharing a dip in the pool, and embracing at a dinner table. The post included a solo shot of Berry soaking up the sun on a beach while wearing a lace one-piece and a straw hat.

“Some experiences stay with you forever!” Berry captioned the post. “Thank you @zadunreserve @ritzcarltonreserve for making every moment of my 60th birthday celebration simply magical!” 

The Golden Globe winner praised the resort’s cuisine, Sensei wellness spa, wine-making experience, and boat adventures as “beyond exquisite”. She added, “This was a big birthday and, along with @vanhunt, you made it one I shall never forget!” 

Berry confirmed her engagement to the singer-songwriter during a February appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The couple began dating in 2020 after being introduced by Hunt’s brother during the COVID-19 pandemic. Berry has called their romance the healthiest relationship of her life.

Prior to her birthday, Berry discussed turning 60 during an appearance on Today in May, saying she feels “stronger, smarter, wiser, more myself, more in control” and the “best version of myself”.
