The fashion stylist recently sat down with comedian and talk show host Ziwe for an interview and revealed his aspirations to jump into the reality TV space.
When Ziwe pressed him on his reality TV dreams, Roach made his ultimate goal loud and clear. “I want to be on Real Housewives of Atlanta so bad,” he admitted without skipping a beat. Knowing that every iconic Housewife needs an equally iconic intro, Ziwe asked him what his pitch for a tagline would be, and of course, he already had one prepared.
He declared: “Getting all these girls on the show was really genius, but the only thing you are missing is a p*nis.” The line is perfectly on-brand for Roach, who is known for his quick wit and unapologetic confidence. The interviewer, who is a master at getting her guests to reveal their most unscripted thoughts, clearly got Roach to deliver exactly what the people wanted.
While Roach’s comments were made on a comedy show, his interest in reality TV isn’t entirely a joke. He has previously expressed a desire to expand his brand beyond styling, and a spot on RHOA would certainly give him the platform to do so. The show is known for its larger-than-life personalities, and Roach would undoubtedly fit right in.
