UFC star Conor McGregor has found an unexpected reason to raise a glass once again. The former two-division champion revealed on social media that he has decided to break his alcohol sobriety following news that Hollywood actor Brad Pitt recently ended his seven-year period of sobriety.
McGregor had previously committed to staying sober while preparing for his fight against Max Holloway at UFC 329 and during his subsequent injury recovery. However, after Pitt shared in a recent Esquire interview that he had resumed drinking “in a more restrained manner,” McGregor decided to follow suit and enjoy a few pints of his own Forged Irish Stout.
