The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams has walked away with a massive legal victory in the finalization of her divorce from businessman Simon Guobadia. Court documents reveal that Williams officially secured major high-value assets from their short-lived marriage, including full rights to the couple’s former marital home.
According to court filings, Guobadia transferred his ownership interest in the luxurious Atlanta estate directly to Williams via a quitclaim deed. As part of the Porsha Williams divorce house settlement, the reality star also secured over $1.5 million in equity reimbursements alongside full title to a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost. Williams now holds exclusive authority to sell or refinance the property.
“According to court documents, Porsha Williams secured the Atlanta mansion, a $1,568,181 reimbursement, and the title to a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost in her finalized divorce agreement.”
During a recent court hearing, both parties confirmed under oath that the consent order resolves all remaining financial and property disputes, officially closing out their tumultuous legal saga.
