Toni Braxton has resolved a six-figure debt with the IRS, addressing a financial issue that surfaced more than ten years after her second bankruptcy case was closed. The singer was issued a federal tax lien on June 22 for an outstanding balance of nearly $600,000.

According to official records, the debt broke down to $69,390 owed for the tax year 2022, $278,876 for 2023, and $250,358 for 2024, totaling approximately $598,624. A representative for Braxton confirmed that the singer has since settled the bill in full.

The Grammy-winning “Un-Break My Heart” singer has a long history of financial challenges. She first filed for bankruptcy in 1998 following a dispute with her record label, then filed again in 2010, claiming debts between $10 million and $50 million. Her second bankruptcy case was officially closed in 2015.

Despite past setbacks, Braxton has continued her entertainment career in music and television. The recent tax lien appears to be fully resolved, with no indication it will affect her current professional activities.
