Tom Sandoval Claims Ex Kicked Him and Insulted His Manhood

Tom Sandoval has filed a new declaration in his ongoing restraining order case against ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson, making explosive allegations about an alleged attack during his tour with his band. The “Vanderpump Rules” alum claims the incident happened in October while he was on tour in Florida.

According to Sandoval’s filing, the alleged groin-kick occurred after Victoria had “consumed drugs and alcohol to the point that venue security personnel had to physically carry her from the concert venue back to the tour bus”. Sandoval claims when he returned to the bus to check on her, Victoria allegedly “kicked me repeatedly in the groin area while hurling expletives and insults toward me in the presence of my band mates, tour crew and fans”.

He claims she yelled insults including “You have a tiny f****** penis! F*** you!”. Sandoval says the behavior was so concerning that his band manager and musical director “expressed that they wanted to ban her from continuing on the tour”.

The declaration also alleges Victoria created drama that left him “frazzled” and “anxious” before his “America’s Got Talent” performance at the show’s August 2025 quarterfinals. He claims she repeatedly told him he’s “not a real man” and that he stayed with her because “she threatened to ruin my life if I left her”.

Sandoval also alleges Victoria threatened to “destroy my life and ‘get the Ariana Madix treatment,’ referring to the public attention and career opportunities my former girlfriend received after our breakup”.
