Nikki Bella Says She’s Celibate After Cooper DeJean Romance

Nikki Bella is putting her love life on hold. The WWE star told Us Weekly she’s completely celibate and “like a nun” right now, shutting down any dating prospects as she focuses on her jam-packed schedule.

“I’m pretty much like a nun at this point. Super celibate. I should just put on a ring,” the 42-year-old joked. “I wish I was out there getting wild. I just don’t have energy for it.” It’s a far cry from earlier this year when she was linked to Philadelphia Eagles star Cooper DeJean. TMZ broke the news in January that the two had been on several dates, but it’s been months since they were spotted together. Her twin sister Brie, who’s been trying to play matchmaker, told Us Weekly she’s “still keeping her eyes open” for prospects, but Nikki isn’t biting.

The “Total Bellas” alum has plenty on her plate. She unretired from WWE this year, runs a wine company, co-hosts a podcast with Brie, and is a single mom to 5-year-old Matteo, whom she shares with ex-husband Artem Chigvintsev. Artem was arrested for domestic violence in August 2024, though prosecutors dropped the charges, and their divorce was finalized later that fall.

Nikki returns to the ring this weekend at WWE SummerSlam, teaming with Brie and Paige against Fatal Influence. She’s not looking for romance. She’s looking for a win.
