Janel Parrish and Sasha Farber have ended their relationship just three months after confirming they were dating. A source confirmed the split, with no reason given for the breakup. The pair had been noticeably absent from each other’s social media in recent weeks.
The Pretty Little Liars actress, 37, and the Dancing with the Stars pro, 42, first sparked dating rumors in April 2026 after Farber posted a video of the pair dancing together. They officially hard-launched their relationship on April 27 with an Instagram post from Farber captioned, “April has been amazing”.
The couple made their red carpet debut on June 5 at the Race to Erase MS Gala in Los Angeles. Parrish previously gushed about Farber’s cooking skills, calling him “the sweetest” and saying “he just brings so much love and light and positivity to people in the world”.
Parrish and Farber first met when she competed on Dancing with the Stars season 19 in 2014, partnered with Val Chmerkovskiy. Farber was part of the show’s dance troupe that season.
Parrish had split from her husband of seven years, Chris Long, shortly before going public with Farber. The pair finalized their divorce settlement in May 2026. Farber was previously married to his DWTS costar Emma Slater and also dated Bachelorette star Jenn Tran.
