During the performance of his hit track “Can U Handle It?”, Usher invited concertgoer Gabrielle Cheyenne onto the stage. However, as the sensual routine progressed, the fan appeared visibly uncomfortable and hesitated to recline on an onstage bed. Sensing her hesitation, Usher paused the performance, stating to the crowd, “I don’t think she want to be on the stage,” before security escorted her off.

“First off NOBODY is declining to go on stage. I looked good asf, you thought I wasn’t gonna let THOUSANDS of people see me?? Following the online stir, Cheyenne’s mother defended her daughter by sharing a behind-the-scenes photograph of Cheyenne posing with Usher’s wife after the show.
