Former multi-division world boxing champion Adrien “About Billions” Broner is facing fresh legal trouble after being named in a new civil lawsuit alleging sexual battery and assault.

The lawsuit, filed by an unidentified woman in civil court, adds to a growing list of legal issues that have shadowed the 36-year-old boxer’s career both inside and outside the ring.

According to court documents, the plaintiff claims the incident took place at a commercial venue, alleging that Broner initiated inappropriate physical contact without consent. The filing accuses the boxer of:

Sexual Battery & Assault: Alleging non-consensual physical contact and threatening behavior.

Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress: The suit asserts the plaintiff suffered emotional trauma, distress, and personal hardship following the encounter.

Damages Sought: The lawsuit seeks unspecified compensatory and punitive damages for medical expenses and emotional suffering.

Representatives for Broner have not yet issued an official statement regarding the active court filing.

This latest lawsuit is not the first time the former super featherweight, lightweight, junior welterweight, and welterweight champion has faced legal proceedings. Broner has previously been involved in multiple civil suits and criminal charges related to battery, assault, and probation violations over the past decade.

While Broner has repeatedly attempted to orchestrate comebacks in professional boxing, his ongoing legal battles continue to draw attention away from his athletic career.
