Stefon Diggs’ male sexual assault accuser says he now has hard evidence proving the NFL star coordinated a brutal attack on him. Christopher Griffith filed court documents stating he plans to add new allegations to his lawsuit using evidence handed over by Diggs during discovery. He claims he now has text messages and phone records from Diggs’ assistant showing coordination of the attack, including logistical correspondence about booking flights and hotel arrangements with one of the assailants on the day of the attack.

Griffith says phone logs also show Diggs made a call to the same assailant during the attack, and that it matches surveillance footage showing the alleged assailant on his phone in Griffith’s apartment building. Griffith also wants to add a defamation claim against Diggs over a recent social media post in which Diggs seemingly addressed the legal battle, writing, “Mamas a n**** lying on my name because he got caught stealing.” Diggs added, “Trying to act like this n**** is a victim because he lying is crazy.”

This is the latest twist in a bitter legal war that began when Diggs sued Griffith for defamation in November 2025. Griffith countersued, claiming Diggs drugged and sexually assaulted him in May 2023 at his Maryland home, and later had his brother and other men brutally assault him to keep him silent. Griffith claims Diggs’ brother Darez pleaded no contest to a felony grand theft charge in connection with the attack. Diggs has consistently denied all allegations.
