The cinematic universe of Freida McFadden’s bestselling thrillers is expanding, and a rising star might be stepping into the tension-filled sequel. Rumor has it that Off Campus actor Stephen Kalyn is currently being eyed to play the boyfriend of Sydney Sweeney’s character, Millie, in The Housemaid’s Secret.
The highly anticipated sequel to Paul Feig’s hit thriller The Housemaid is gearing up to be even bigger, and Kalyn’s potential casting is already generating massive buzz.
According to industry insider TheInSneider, Kalyn who recently starred in the horror film Whistle and appeared in Gen V is in the running for a major role alongside Sweeney. If the casting locks in, he will share the screen with a powerhouse ensemble that already includes Kirsten Dunst, Michele Morrone, and Paul Anthony Kelly.
