Dorit Kemsley’s estranged husband, PK Kemsley, is accusing the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star of fleeing to Europe and ignoring their mounting financial crisis while their family home inches toward foreclosure. In new court documents filed July 14, PK claims Dorit departed for an extended European vacation, leaving their two children with her parents and refusing to cooperate on selling their 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom Encino estate.
PK, who moved out after their split, alleges he has been trying to resolve the financial mess for months but faces “non-cooperation” and “broken promises” from his estranged wife. He claims Dorit has spent over $1 million on luxury clothes and travel while mortgage payments went unpaid. The home carries two mortgages totaling approximately $6 million and is reportedly close to a foreclosure auction.
Despite PK recently putting up $300,000 of his own funds to prevent the property from being sold off, he says Dorit’s refusal to cooperate could undo his efforts. He alleges their children do not know where their mother is or when she will return, proving she prioritizes “personal travel over addressing the urgent financial crisis facing our family home”. The judge has yet to rule on PK’s request to grant him sole authority to sell the home.
