Ariana Grande has confirmed that one New York City date and two Boston shows on her Eternal Sunshine Tour have been rescheduled due to unexpected production challenges. The Grammy winner took to her Instagram Story to apologize to fans, explaining that the changes were necessary to ensure safety and deliver the show as intended.
“We are so sorry for these unfortunate scheduling changes,” Grande wrote. “This was our best and safest option as these challenges with production have come to our attention”. TD Garden concerts originally set for July 22 and July 24, rescheduled to July 23 and July 26, respectively.
Venues confirmed the decision was made “to ensure the full production can be delivered safely and as intended”. Reports suggest the issue may stem from logistical challenges in deconstructing, transporting, and rebuilding the elaborate stage setup between cities. All existing tickets will remain valid for the new dates.
Grande emphasized that safety is the “utmost” priority alongside giving fans the complete concert experience. “I cannot wait to see you,” she added. The remaining shows at both venues are expected to proceed as originally scheduled.
