Blac Chyna is keeping it real when it comes to talking about beauty enhancement. The reality star broke down her entire plastic surgery history in a candid Instagram video, detailing every procedure she’s had and what she’s chosen to reverse.
Chyna confirmed she removed “all” the silicone from her butt, but clarified she never had a BBL. “I ain’t have no fat on my body to get no BBL. No shade,” she quipped. Her breast implants went on a rollercoaster ride: 300 CCs to 700, down to 500, then 300, and now sitting at around 120 CCs. She explained she’s “naturally flat-chested,” so keeping a small implant prevents “empty space” after years of stretching.
She’s also dissolved all fillers from her cheeks, chin, and jawline, and quit Botox entirely. “So now you’ll know if I’m mad at you,” she joked. The reversal is part of a broader transformation since her 2022 baptism, including sobriety and leaving OnlyFans. She previously admitted the work didn’t represent who she was “internally” and put her in a “category” that wasn’t true to herself. “Back to the basics, baby,” she captioned the video.
