Kim Zolciak’s boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, is at the center of a legal battle involving claims that he is paying for the reality star’s psychic sessions, laser treatments, rent, and more. The allegations come from Mowitz’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, as part of their bitter divorce proceedings.
According to new legal documents obtained, Green claims Mowitz is covering “her bills related to her trying to get a read on her future with a psychic”. The list of alleged expenses also includes laser treatments, facials, rent, vacations, mattresses for all of Zolciak’s children, and legal bills from her divorce from Kroy Biermann.
Green, who is locked in a nasty divorce from the real estate developer, expressed concern in her filings that Mowitz’s spending on the RHOA alum could deplete his multi-million dollar trust, leaving less for her in the division of assets. She has asked the court for an injunction to block his “out of control” spending on what she calls his “potential future wife”.
However, Mowitz has fired back, denying the allegations. According to court docs, he argues it is “plainly false to state that he uses his money primarily to pay for his own lifestyle and his girlfriend’s lifestyle”. He has instead pointed the finger at Green, claiming she is the one racking up debt on credit cards he pays for, including a recent $2,300 hotel room charge.
The Kim Zolciak boyfriend saga comes as the RHOA alum continues her own contentious divorce from Kroy Biermann. She temporarily lost primary physical custody of their four children in a recent ruling after Biermann alleged she was “unstable and unfit”. The accusations, including neglect and abuse, have flown both ways as the couple’s divorce remains ongoing.
