A judge has stepped in to protect the Kardashian-Jenner family. Kris Jenner was granted a temporary restraining order against a Colorado man she claims has spent years stalking her family with a specific obsession with Kylie Jenner.
The order was approved just hours after Kris filed the request on May 29. The target is Kyle Robert DeWick, a man Kris describes as having “no relationship whatsoever” to her or her famous children.
The Kylie Jenner stalker restraining order application detailed a disturbing pattern dating back to 2021. According to court documents, DeWick first came onto the family’s radar after making repeated visits to Kylie’s residence. He allegedly believed Kris Jenner had encouraged him to pursue Kylie and even propose to her.
When reality did not match his beliefs, DeWick reportedly became angry. In 2024, he filed a federal action against Kris, claiming the family had been surveilling him and demanding “access” to them.
The Kardashian family protection request covers more than just the family matriarch. Kris asked the court to include daughters Kylie, Kendall, Kim, Khloé, and Kourtney, as well as her son Rob. All six children are named in the filing.
Kris stated in a sworn declaration that DeWick has a violent criminal history, including a prior violent assault. She claimed he recently resurfaced by contacting real estate agents connected to family properties, touring homes near where family members live, and even attempting to speak with neighbors after gaining access to a gated community.
The momager described severe emotional distress and terror for her own safety and that of her children. The temporary order requires DeWick to cease all contact and stay at least 100 yards away from the family, their homes, workplaces, and vehicles.
