Lilianet Solares is bringing CT Tamburello back to court, alleging the “Challenge” star has failed to follow their final divorce judgment. The CT Tamburello child support case centers on a key provision from their November 2023 settlement: health insurance for their 10-year-old son, Christopher.
The Lilianet Solares court filing claims Tamburello hasn’t provided the required coverage for three years. Under the original order, Tamburello paid $761 monthly in child support, plus $332 for each week filming prevented parenting time. Those amounts were calculated with the understanding that he would carry their son’s health insurance.
Solares now wants the child support obligation recalculated from scratch. Without the insurance he was supposed to provide, she argues the original financial agreement is no longer valid. The court will likely re-evaluate Tamburello’s income and expenses before issuing a modified order.
The new filing comes as Tamburello navigates another divorce. His second wife, OnlyFans model Catalina White, filed to end their marriage in January 2026 after less than two years together. The couple had no children and are negotiating a settlement while Tamburello films out of state.
Meanwhile, Solares and Tamburello continue co-parenting their son. Their original divorce was finalized in November 2023 after a protracted custody battle. Now, a judge will decide whether Tamburello’s alleged failure to provide insurance warrants a permanent change to his support payments.
No hearing date has been set.
