Kylie Jenner is closing a chapter. The 28-year-old beauty mogul has officially listed her longtime Hidden Hills estate for $20.25 million, marking the end of nearly a decade in the home where she raised her two children and built her empire .

The modern farmhouse-style property, which Jenner purchased in 2016 for $12.05 million when she was just 19 years old, hit the market this week with the Altman brothers, the real estate duo known from Million Dollar Listing, as the listing agents. If the home sells at its asking price, Jenner stands to net an $8 million profit on the property.

Spanning 13,234 square feet on 1.4 acres, the eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom estate has been a constant presence in Jenner’s life and on her social media feed. Over the years, fans have watched her transform the space with the help of AD100 interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, who helped create the pastel-infused aesthetic that defined the home’s early years.

“I told Martyn I wanted a fresh, fun vibe to match the way I was feeling. Color was essential. I love pink, and I wanted a lot of it!” Jenner told Architectural Digest in 2019. The home features a private theater, game room, gym, massage room, outdoor kitchen, and a resort-style pool with spa.

The property also served as the backdrop for some of Jenner’s most personal moments. She lived there for years with her two children, Stormi, now 8, and Aire, 3, sharing glimpses of their life together through carefully curated posts.

The reason for the sale is as grand as the home itself. Jenner has been quietly constructing a massive new compound on a 5-acre lot she purchased from Miley Cyrus in 2020 for $15 million . The new estate, which is nearing completion, is being built by renowned architect Richard Landry and will span an astonishing 30,000 square feet .

The so-called “fortress” will feature 15 bedrooms, an underground garage capable of holding 12 cars, a full security bunker, and an olive tree grove planted at a cost of $500,000 to ensure privacy . Jenner has been documenting the construction process on social media, recently sharing that she has been personally selecting flooring and tiles .

Fueling speculation about the move is Jenner’s relationship with actor Timothée Chalamet. The couple, who have been together for three years, have grown increasingly public with their romance, appearing together at the Golden Globes and most recently at the 2026 Oscars on March 15 .

Foreign media reports suggest that Chalamet is currently living with Jenner in Hidden Hills and is expected to move with her into the new compound. The couple have referred to each other as “partners” at recent events, sparking renewed marriage speculation.

This latest listing is just one piece of Jenner’s expanding real estate portfolio. In December, she listed her Holmby Hills mansion, a 19,250-square-foot fortress behind 12-foot gates, for $48 million. That property, which she has owned since 2021, remains on the market.

Jenner also maintains a significant real estate footprint in the Hidden Hills area, where the Kardashian-Jenner family has long been concentrated. Her mother, Kris Jenner, has been attempting to sell the original Keeping Up with the Kardashians family home for over a year, though that property has yet to find a buyer.

For Jenner, the move represents a strategic financial decision as well as a personal one. By selling her “starter” estate at the top of the Hidden Hills market, where values have remained insulated from broader volatility, she is effectively harvesting a decade of appreciation to fund a legacy property built from the ground up.

“In the last years of my 20s,” she recently told Vanity Fair, “I want to focus on just me, my businesses, my work, traveling with my kids, enjoying my kids. I do want to have more kids”.
