Brooks Nader is getting brutally honest about going under the knife. The 29-year-old model and Baywatch star recently revealed her biggest beauty regret, admitting she underwent liposuction years ago and now wishes she had never done it.
Speaking at an event in Los Angeles, Nader didn’t hold back when asked about lasting beauty regrets. Her response was immediate and candid. “I probably shouldn’t say this, but I’m just going to say it,” she said. “I had liposuction years ago, and I forever regret it because I just didn’t need it.”
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model explained that the procedure left her with unwanted results. She noted that the surgery created “dimples and ripples and things.” Her takeaway from the experience was simple: “We just got to do less with all that and be healthy.”
This isn’t the first time Nader has spoken openly about cosmetic procedures. In previous interviews, she has discussed getting a nose job, veneers, and various injectables, including Botox. She has also been transparent about using GLP-1 medication for weight loss, crediting it with helping her career take off.
Nader’s journey with cosmetic enhancements began early. When she moved to New York at 18, she started getting fillers, describing herself as “chasing perfection.” Her parents gave her money and told her to “have fun,” and she dove into the world of Hollywood beauty treatments.
Recently, Nader dissolved the lip fillers she had accumulated over the years. She said the decision left her looking like her “old self again.” She noted that people had commented she looked older than her age, but after dissolving the filler, friends and family told her she finally looked 28. Her parents said her face no longer looked “blown up.”
While Nader hasn’t ruled out future procedures, she said she is currently embracing her “true, authentic self.” She expressed love for her natural smile and how she is looking now. The model is set to star in Fox’s upcoming Baywatch reboot, where she plays a lifeguard captain described as a “total boss.”
