Effervescent Fashion designer Mudi was recently hosted by the King
of Morocco Mohammed VI of Morocco. Mudi who has only just recently
completed the remodeling of his newly acquired marquee building at the
Dolphin Estate was treated to a five star Holiday by
the King himself.
the invite had come when His royal Highness paid an unscheduled visit to
his eye catching studios located down town Anthony.Village in Lagos.
Although His Majesty was not personally available to receive his
august visit, our own Mudi was received on the tarmac by a very powerful
delegation led by the Head of Protocol who whisked him to the
exquisite Palace in Casablanca where he spent a life changing two days.
from here he was taken to the world renowned Sofitel Hotel in rabat
where he was treated to two days of hedonistic pleasure all expense
paid.for by the People of Mororcco from the Sofitel at Rabat, he was
whisked to another Sofitel at Marakesh. his luxurious stay was not just
about Hotels as he was taken on guided tours to places of cultural
importance like museums and other art Galleries.
This budding relationship between our own Mudi and the Royal House of
Morocco has continued to foister a cultural bridge between Nigeria and
Morocco as could be exemplified with the various artifacts and locally
designed fabrics that were exchanged between both parties during the
historic visit.
Morocco was an eye opener for Mudi especially the beauty of the
various city visited the carefully, curated pieces that adorned the
landscape and the efficient organisations that litter the country.
