Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lavish Los Angeles estate has hit a record valuation of $73,522,768, even as the music mogul stands trial for serious federal crimes.

The 10-bedroom, 13-bathroom property located in the upscale Holmby Hills neighborhood saw its value peak in May, according to Realtor.com. It’s the highest estimate recorded for the mansion in the past five years.

On Trial While the Price Climbs

Diddy is currently on trial facing multiple federal charges, including:

Sex trafficking

Racketeering

Transportation to engage in prostitution

He has pleaded not guilty to all counts and denies any wrongdoing.

The property gained national attention in March 2024 when agents from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) raided the home as part of an ongoing federal investigation.

Real Estate Moves

Despite the legal drama, Combs listed the mansion for $61.5 million in September 2024. He purchased the 17,000-square-foot property in 2014 for $39 million, meaning the estate has nearly doubled in value over a decade.

Diddy also owns a luxury home in Miami Beach, which was also raided by HSI. The six-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion is currently valued at $42.6 million, with a peak of $47 million in early 2023, according to Zillow.

The Cassie Lawsuit and Testimony

The investigation intensified after Cassie Ventura, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, filed a $20 million lawsuit in November 2023, accusing him of years of physical abuse and coercion. The case was settled just one day after it was filed, but Ventura has remained central to the ongoing trial.

She recently gave emotional testimony in court:

“Whatever was going to make him not be angry at me and threatening me, I was willing to do. I just didn’t want to feel scared anymore.”

“I can’t carry this anymore, the shame, the guilt. What’s right is right, and what’s wrong is wrong.”

The Defense Responds

Diddy’s attorney Teny Geragos acknowledged some aspects of his behavior in her opening statement:

“We will not shy away from the things he did, but we will not own the things he did not do. He is physical, he is a drug user, you may know of his love of baby oil. Is that a federal crime? No.”

What Comes Next

The trial is expected to continue for eight to 10 weeks, with more witness testimony to come. If convicted, Diddy could face life in prison.

Meanwhile, his property portfolio remains in the spotlight — rising in value even as his personal and professional legacy hangs in the balance.
