Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas are adding more fuel to those swirling romance rumors — and this time, the sparks are flying at sea.
The Mission: Impossible icon, 63, and Knives Out star, 37, were recently spotted soaking up the sun together aboard a luxurious yacht off the coast of Menorca, Spain, on June 30. In the photo obtained by E! News, the pair lounge side by side in plush white chairs — with Ana’s hand seemingly resting on Tom’s leg — setting off a new wave of speculation.
Ana kept it effortlessly chic in a breezy white sundress layered over a black bikini, topped with a stylish sun hat. Tom matched the vibe in dark shorts, a navy athletic tee, and a straw hat of his own. The coordinated hats? Fans are calling it a soft launch.
Though neither has confirmed a romantic relationship, Tom and Ana have been increasingly close since being seen together on Valentine’s Day in London earlier this year. Their chemistry reportedly blossomed on the set of their upcoming deep-sea action film Deeper, directed by Doug Liman, which is slated for release in 2026.
Professionally, the duo isn’t hiding their admiration for each other. Tom recently raved about Ana’s performance in Ballerina, saying it “just kicks ass.” Ana, clearly moved by the support, told E! News:
“It makes me really happy and proud. It’s surreal that someone like him is liking the movie, supporting the film, and celebrating other people’s films. It’s amazing.”
Ana also hinted that Deeper is just the beginning. She told Good Morning America in May:
“We’re definitely working on a lot of things — not just one but a few projects with Doug Liman, Christopher McQuarrie, and, of course, Tom. I’m so excited.”
