Noel Gallagher is showing his generous side as Oasis reunites for their massive Live ’25 Tour.
The Britpop legend is reportedly set to donate a “large” chunk of his multi-million-pound earnings from the comeback tour to Teenage Cancer Trust — a charity he’s long supported as an ambassador.
According to The Sun’s Bizarre column, Noel and his brother Liam are earning millions from the highly anticipated reunion, but Noel has already pledged that a significant portion of his proceeds will go to the cancer charity.
“It’s no secret that Noel and Liam are both making millions from the reunion tour,” a source revealed. “But Noel is actually giving some of his cash away. He’s made it clear a large donation will be heading to Teenage Cancer Trust from his share of the proceeds.”
The Live ’25 Tour — which kicked off in Cardiff on July 4 — is expected to generate a staggering £400 million in ticket sales and merchandise, marking Oasis’ first tour in 16 years.
Meanwhile, the band’s streaming revenue remains impressive. A new study by La Planque Du Joueur reveals that Oasis has raked in over £16.8 million from Spotify streams alone, with Wonderwall topping the list at over 2.3 billion plays — earning £7 million by itself.
Other heavy-hitters include Don’t Look Back in Anger (£3.2 million), Champagne Supernova (£1.4 million), and Stop Crying Your Heart Out (£1.3 million).
“These figures show that Oasis’ music remains incredibly popular on streaming platforms,” said Jean Morlec from La Planque Du Joueur. “With the current reunion tour driving renewed interest in their music, we can expect these streaming numbers to climb even higher.”
Oasis’ back catalogue continues to be a goldmine — but with Noel’s latest charitable move, it’s clear he’s not just counting the money.
