The charges stem from the alleged concealment of earnings tied to his image rights while managing in Spain.
However, Ancelotti is not expected to serve jail time. As a first-time, non-violent offender, the sentence is likely to be suspended, in line with Spanish legal practices for such cases.
Instead, the legendary Italian coach could face a fine or probationary conditions as an alternative form of punishment.
