Beyoncé and Jay-Z might be adding a touch of British countryside charm to their real estate portfolio!
The superstar couple are reportedly considering a home in the scenic Cotswolds, with insiders saying they’re currently exploring short-term stays while searching for the perfect property. Though their primary base will remain in Los Angeles, recent wildfires have encouraged them to explore new international hideaways — and the UK is high on the list.
A source told Daily Mail’s Eden Confidential, “The wildfires have given them a good reason to look outside of Los Angeles to build new bases… Beyoncé loves the UK because they support everything she does.”
With 13-year-old Blue Ivy and 7-year-old twins Sir and Rumi in tow, the power couple is said to be seeking a more homely setup during Beyoncé’s European leg of her Cowboy Carter Tour, rather than relying on hotels.
“They’re focused on the Cotswolds now because of the land and space. They’ve stayed there before and are actively viewing properties,” the insider added. “They have two UK spots in mind — possibly Daylesford, Lord Bamford’s sprawling 1,700-acre estate, or the iconic Blenheim Palace.”
Beyoncé’s tour kicks off April 28, 2025, in Inglewood, California, and wraps on July 26, 2025, in Paradise, Nevada. Her European stops include six massive shows at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (June 5, 7, 10, 12, 14, and 16) and three nights in Paris at Stade de France (June 19, 21, and 22).
