Taylor Swift is in legal hot water again—but this time, a Florida poet can’t even serve her the lawsuit!
Kimberly Marasco claims Swift “borrowed” from her poetry across four albums: Lover, Folklore, Midnights, and The Tortured Poets Department. She’s asking for $30 million in damages, also dragging in producers Jack Antonoff, Aaron Dessner, and Universal.
But here’s the twist: Swift is MIA.
Marasco says Tay’s secret homes, private jets, and ironclad security have made it impossible to deliver the lawsuit. This is actually her second attempt—her first was tossed out in 2023 because Swift was just too hard to track down.
While every other defendant has been served, Swift’s still dodging papers like it’s a game of hide and seek. The court’s now deciding whether to give Marasco more time—or toss the case again.
So far, the only thing Swift’s been served… is another copyright drama.
