Afrobeats superstar Davido is finally speaking out about his rumored fallout with fellow singer Tiwa Savage — and he’s downplaying the entire situation.
In a new interview on The Breakfast Club, Davido addressed the months-long silence between him and Tiwa following reports that he threatened her over a post involving his baby mama, Sophia Momodu. The post reportedly didn’t sit well with Davido, prompting him to allegedly warn Tiwa to “be careful in Lagos.”
But now, he’s clearing the air.
“Me and Tiwa used to stay in the same house. It was like brothers and sisters arguing. It was nothing,” Davido said, calling it a minor misunderstanding.
Though the two haven’t seen each other since, Davido added that Tiwa has reached out, and if a link-up happens, it happens.
