Afrobeats superstar Davido has sparked conversation after claiming that his United States passportis more valuable than a million dollars.
Born in Atlanta, Georgia, the Nigerian singer enjoys dual citizenship, allowing him to travel freely between the US and Nigeria without visa restrictions.
Reflecting on the privilege his American passport provides, Davido said:
“Till date, I don’t care how much money you’ve got, that blue passport is worth more than a million dollars.”
He emphasized the convenience of being able to fly in and out of the US at will, something he considers a major advantage.

While Davido enjoys hassle-free travel, his team members often struggle with visa approvals, facing delays that sometimes affect his tour schedule.
