In the clip, Rodríguez, now 31, opens up about how her family constantly teases her about her yet-to-happen wedding. She even joked that ever since Jennifer Lopez’s hit song “El Anillo” (meaning “The Ring”) dropped, they’ve used it as a soundtrack for their wedding banter.
“They’re always joking about the wedding: ‘When is the wedding?!’” Rodríguez shared in Spanish. “It’s not up to me.”
And while Rodríguez’s family may be light-hearted about it, fans aren’t so forgiving.
Ronaldo’s “Click” Conundrum
When asked why he hadn’t proposed yet, the 40-year-old footballer confidently responded, claiming he was waiting for the perfect moment.
“I’m 1,000 percent sure I will marry Georgina one day,” Ronaldo said, adding that it would happen when they get “that click.” With a snap of his fingers, he emphasized how the timing had to feel just right.
“It could be in a year, or it could be in six months, or it could be in a month,” he added.
But now, three years later and with no wedding in sight, fans are calling out the soccer star. Many took to X (formerly Twitter) to express their frustration, questioning Ronaldo’s commitment.

“9 years together and 3 children, but he’s still waiting for the ‘click?’ God forbid,” one user fumed.
Another chimed in, “Whether he’s protecting his assets or not, he shouldn’t leave her hanging like that.”
Others suggested that Ronaldo might never intend to marry. “He won’t marry her. I think he probably won’t marry anyone. It’s just his personality,” one fan speculated.
