Celebrity couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z are reportedly exploring legal options against Kanye Westfollowing his recent controversial social media post targeting their twins, Rumi and Sir.
West used offensive language to question the mental capacities of the seven-year-olds in a now-deleted post on X (formerly Twitter), sparking outrage. Despite removing the post, the rapper admitted he did so solely to avoid having his account suspended, not out of remorse.
“I need everyone to know that I took the post about Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s family down because there was a possibility of my Twitter being canceled,” West wrote.
Legal Action on the Table
According to Page Six, Beyoncé and Jay-Z are now evaluating their next steps. A source stated the couple is considering handling the issue privately or legally, emphasizing that they will not tolerateWest’s remarks.
“They found his language vulgar and offensive, and while they currently don’t have plans to publicly address the situation, legal action is certainly on the table,” the source noted.
Kim Kardashian’s Reaction
West’s ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, is also reportedly appalled by his behavior. She was shocked that he would use such language, particularly when it involved children.
“Kim has had enough and she’s done trying to be reasonable with Kanye when it comes to communication,” an insider revealed.
The source stressed that while Kardashian has long attempted to manage West’s public outbursts, she believes children should be off-limits, regardless of the personal conflicts he may have with Beyoncé and Jay-Z.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s Protective Approach
Unlike their eldest daughter Blue Ivy, who has made several public appearances, the couple has largely kept Rumi and Sir out of the spotlight. The twins have never attended major public events or award shows with their parents, reflecting Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s dedication to maintaining their children’s privacy.
As the situation unfolds, all eyes remain on whether the couple will proceed with legal action against West.
