Popular Twitter critic Daniel Regha has shared his thoughts on Wizkid’s newly released music video for his dance track “Kese” — and his review isn’t exactly glowing.
Regha, known for his hot takes on celebrities, described the video as uninspiring and lacking the energy that matches the song’s vibe.
According to him, the video looked more like a basic performance shoot rather than a captivating visual representation of the track. He also criticized the dancers’ choreography, saying their steps were not in sync and could have been better perfected during rehearsals.
In his words:
“Wizkid did a poor job in directing the Kese (Dance) video. He’s trying to tap into a different creative direction, but the video doesn’t really match the energy of the song, nor is it captivating enough. That looks more like a simple performance video.”
However, Regha gave the singer a little credit, calling the video’s simplicity commendable while insisting that his comments were not meant to offend.
Fans React
As usual, Regha’s review sparked mixed reactions online:
@OmoAlhaji: “You never like anything. Go shoot your own video na.”
@Its_Wisdom: “Daniel just dey find Wizkid fans trouble again 😂.”
@Meezy__: “He actually made some valid points… the video really no follow.”
Despite the criticism, Wizkid’s “Kese” is still trending across streaming platforms since its release.
Do you agree with Daniel Regha or is he just chasing clout as usual?
