Popular Nollywood actress and humanitarian Tonto Dikeh has publicly addressed the backlash from socialite Cubana Chiefpriest following her recent Instagram post.
The drama started when Tonto made a cryptic post about men who refuse DNA tests, which many believed was directed at Cubana Chiefpriest amid his ongoing paternity scandal. However, the post was reportedly misinterpreted by Instablog9ja, making it seem like Tonto was shading him directly.
Reacting to the post, Cubana Chiefpriest accused Tonto of being a blackmailer and claimed her only crime was that he once declined a favour she requested from him.
Not letting the accusation slide, Tonto took to her Instagram handle to clear the air. She denied ever asking him for a favour and challenged him to publicly reveal what favour she allegedly requested.
Her post read:
“Cubana Chiefpriest, please enlighten the world on what favour I ever asked you or called you for on behalf of a colleague.”
The actress also reminded him that her silence is not weakness, warning him to stop defaming her name.
