Nigerian TikTok sensation Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja, popularly known as Peller, has revealed that he purchased a N350 million mansion in Lagos.
The 19-year-old live streamer made the revelation during a live TikTok session with influencer Sandra Benede, where he shared details about his latest acquisition. Peller disclosed that the luxurious property is located on Chevron Drive, Lekki, and he plans to move in by October 2025.
Addressing speculations, Peller clarified that the house was not solely funded by his TikTok earnings. According to him, several wealthy individuals have secretly sent him large sums of money, asking to remain anonymous. However, he vowed to reveal their identities once his mansion is completed.
In his words:
“I swear to God, big people go say Peller send account, they will say ‘don’t mention my name.’ Some people go send money wey be say you go wan kpai yourself… Once my house is standby, I will mention names.”
Despite doubts from critics, Peller remains unfazed, promising to update fans on the mansion’s progress.
Fans and followers have flooded social media with congratulatory messages, while others continue to question the source of his sudden wealth.
